Great time with our grandchildren. Two blocks off the main strip. Walking distance to most everything. The grand kids loved the two level hot tub and pool table.

Our tub was clogged I called to get it fixed and they didn’t. The rooms were stuffy. We’ve stayed here before and loved it but this time just got a bad room.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

The river view was awesome; the game room incredibly fun for our family with a teenager; our room with a loft was the best thing ever and the bathroom was large; but the dining on premise was mediocre, although convenient.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...
