I highly recommend this hotel. Food was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. I would really pay attention to the ocean water as a lot of people, including myself got stung by a jellyfish not the hotel's fault, but I feel like there should be some warnings

The hotel was so beautiful, the staff were welcoming , and friendly. All the restaurants we had dinner at were good. Zen, and El toro were my favorite restaurants for dinner 100% recommend.

Room was beyond expectations! Food was fantastic everywhere we went. The staff are phenomenal, super courteous, friendly, helpful. If you have the option to request a butler, please ask for Junior! Words cannot express how much we appreciated him throughout the stay. He was there for us, checked in regularly, popped up during breakfast, random other spots, almost like he had a tracker on us, just to make sure we were all good! We will definitely miss the Majestic crew, but Junior the most!

Second time staying at the Majestic Elegance, and WE WILL RETURN!
Fantastic service and hospitality from the moment we checked in through our GoMajestic transfer back to the airport.
We stayed in an ocean view suite, and it was excellent. We highly recommend Club Level, because of the additional amenities — especially the Club Lounges for coffee, beverages, and snacks.
Big shout out to: Katherine, Keybar, Brayan, and Pedro for their attentive and kind service throughout our visit. And a huge shout out to Maxima, Anyelina, Marilania, and Santa, for their care and sweetness at the pool/beachside bar!
