An amazing resort Staff go above and beyond,from the security guards at the front entrance,to the cleaners Breakfast was fabulous as was their Buffet nights and general food Loved our plunge pool room Will definitely be booking our next stay here again

The hotel resort looks nice from the outside. But inside our room, you can tell it’s been used up and needed some TLC. The bathroom towels that we had on the first day had dirt on it. Also the towels were old and faded. Please replace it. The room was big and spacious. On one of the days we had our room made, we got into our room and it smelled like poop. We assumed the house keeper took a poop in our toilet because the lid was down and the smell came from the toilet. Also, our toilet flooded so we had to tell the front desk who apologized. We will not be staying here again even though the beach front view was beautiful.

Great for families. Not a lot of food options inside the hotel but a lot just outside. Staff were amazing. We did not get exactly the same room that was on the Expedia website for the family room when we booke. The hotel said it was Expedia fault. Great slide in the pool for the kids and a great little pool for the younger ones. A bit more expensive not sure we would stay again as plenty more affordable options.

We stayed in room 202 by pool and restaurant. It was a perfect location and room. I will definitely be going back soon.

Our stay was wonderful, my husband received a beautiful birthday cake for his 80th Birthday quite unexpected, but so appreciative of the thought. We will be staying there again.

Hotel is conveniently located next to beautiful beach & local Thai food restaurants, easy to get transport to other tourist spots.

Love the location and gardens. Not happy that it will grow to double the size. The small size of the hotel is what appeals to me.
