Nice room and location. However the rooms were not clean and the shower and sink did not drain. when we arrived the towels smelled like feet and had to call multiple times to get new towels.

Great location which is close to the beach, plenty of good restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Room was clean and tidy but a little dated. The grounds and gardens are well maintained and it has a nice safe tropical feel. Also very quiet and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet options are good but the quality was not great. Drink prices at the hotel are quite steep compared to bars and restaurants.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. Won’t hesitate to stay again if I am lucky enough to visit another time, thank you.

Make it happen. You will love it. It was the highlight of our whole month around Thailand. Everything about the venue and the surrounding teeny tiny town is beyond belief. It was perfect. Everything about our short four nights here created memories that will last a lifetime. If you love nature, love relaxation, love the beach, love undiscovered treasure, then come to this incredible place.

Great accomodation in a great spot very close to everything. The staff were wonderful and friendly, definitely would stay again when visiting Thailand again.

Very nice property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time. Beautiful resort. Very close to beach and many markets. They also had an amazing breakfast buffet.

We always enjoy staying at Kuta Paradiso, the pool view room on the 5th floor is very nice. The room is very comfortable and the hotel staff always very friendly. The food and room service great.

I had a wonderful time at Pelangi Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-designed spaces that make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The service was amazing — every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The staff were truly wonderful, so friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable and are cared for. Overall, Pelangi is a gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with top-notch service and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back!
