"While Shinjuku is a convenient place to stay, the area directly around the hotel is dirty. But the hotel s inside is clean. Also the terrace was closed to see the Godzilla head."

"The property is great as a base for our needs after our Disney. We appreciate the meet & greet hangout hotel for guests after a long day of touring around Tokyo / or Disney. Having the pastry store, Lawson onsite with bus & train in front of the hotel is a plus in our eyes. Kudos for the excellent customer services by all the staffs for the amount of tourists they have to provide services to."

"I wasn’t aware the Hotel is in the red light district. That makes us uncomfortable and not so safe. The Hotel is the best one around this area. We asked to be change of rooms because the first one was so small and not quite clean. The second room that we stay was much better. The staff was always ready to help with a good manner. The restaurant breakfast was great many options and even for westerners. We really enjoy it. The hotel only has two washer/dryer machines to do laundry so if you...

"Always enjoy staying here at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Convenient to the Shinagawa Station. Great staff and restaurant and food court. The modular bathrooms are our dated and need renovations I wish there were Club level rooms like at the Granvia Hotels or at Keio Plaza Hotel. "

"This hotel and staff were AMAZING! The rooms were spacious and services were great. I wish there were more shuttles from Disney Sea and Disneyland - its really hard to have enough time to enjoy the parks when you have to leave before closing. Also the shuttle bus locations were far and it was hard to find and then you have to walk a long ways to get to the station or taxi stand to get back to the hotel. Also room service is not open for very long - it would be nice to have room service...

"Great Location! The rooms were smallest than expected even considering other hotels that we stayed in Japan. But it was very convenient to go around in Osaka. I will stay again if I’m traveling solo but probably not for a family trip. "

"This was a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the main Osaka train station, about a 5 min walk. Lots of dining options. This is a strange thing, but they had lots of hooks in the room and bathroom. I’ve been to many hotels w/o hooks, and there’s nowhere to hang things!! I would recommend this hotel"

"Stayed a couple of times on our holiday when in transit. Easy to check in and out. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Can store your luggage for you. Rooms quite small but have everything you need. Location is good for public transport and reaching all the sites. "
