"Very glad we choose Sane Sea because of the great location. Rooms, pool and restaurant were great too. "Location was great. Staff were very helpful and courteous. We discovered that our room had bedbugs. Were given an immediate apology, an upgraded room and a voucher worth Rp1,000,000 to use at their restaurant. I would say that the mites came in on a guest's baggage as most rooms were fine.
