Itโ€™s location, egg cooking could be improved (a tad slow) but after not having visitors we expected it to be slow with new staff Better cocktails at the pool would be good such as icy slushies seeing itโ€™s a warm climate

The hotel overall Not clean as we found big cockroach in our bathroom and more little cockroach came up after sprayed by the hotel. also the AirCon was hot not functioning properly and the water was smelly ; and one of the security was argueing with us as we want to drop my kids. He push us to go from main lobby but we havent drop out kids yet. The food for Breakfast was so poor too.

Terrible check in
My check in was a nightmare the man made me feel like I was a liar I know he was only doing job I tried to show him my booking three four times and he was adamant it should be formatted in different way after about twenty minutes he finally looked at my booking in my phone properly and excepted it was correct at one point I even showed him my bank account to show I have paid really it was a joke all other staff tremendous but after check in totally ruined I stay in Bali so what was ment to be romantic night turned into nightmare
