Service was wonderful. Had an inconvenience with room view but was properly solved. Congratulations to the management team for hearing out customers. Suggestion for breakfast is to have different options as although there are different stations, everyday is the same.

Requested for quiet room but was given the room near lift lobby. Requested change of room, but was told full house and therefore we upgraded to suite which was the next available option. We stayed at Mira several times and this stay was the most disappointed stay. The room needs maintenance as all the furnitures are old.

Right in the middle of Kowloon shopping, one of the few and the most affordable indoor pools around. Wouldve liked a smartv with netflix option since only a few channels were in English. Large bed was comfy but was just 2 beds pushed together, but not bad. Loved the shower and tub, room service was quick and food was delicious.
