"There was no shuttle provided when u reached the outer harbour by ferry. We had to got on a taxis to get there. No instructions was given on how to get there even after writing to them about a few weeks prior to checking in asking them about shuttles!"

"Everything was excellent with the exception that it was difficult to get into and out of the shower. I am no longer as agile as I was when younger and although there were safety bars,I found it difficult, the base of the tub was slippery in areas where there wasn’t a mat."

"I stay here a lot and it’s alway very nice. There was some works being done from 9.00pm-11.30pm one night which was not great if you wanted to sleep but otherwise great."
