Nice, clean hotel in a quiet pocket of the city, while still being within very easy walking distance of everything Melbourne has to offer.
The placement of the room numbers is a little confusing at first, and it took me a moment to realise that my room was the door to the left of the number. It seems this isn’t an uncommon issue, as while I was checking in, another guest came down for assistance after being unable to access his new room for the exact same reason.
Maybe it's just the rooms at the end of the hallways but the hotel should probably look at moving the room numbers to a more intuitive location.
But, great hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Clean, quiet and an enjoyable stay.

The room was much smaller than I expected. The noise from the other rooms was annoying, and the lift(I think) was also noisy. However the amenities in the room were very good.
