Perfect location,nice, environment,clean surrounded by nice view,I enjoyed my stay and staff was friendly.

First off, staff are amazing. However, rooms are very dated and lack power points on one side of bed. Luckily we had an extension cord. Shower/toilet sliding door is VERY heavy and requires some admin to use Wifi is an extra. Really Hilton. Do better. Overall nice pools etc but needs to have an upgrade

Everything was excellent , from arrival to departure. They even checked us in at the hotel for our departure flight as they have a check in counter connected to the airlines.

Hi , The resort has undergone some upgrading which is good since 2016/2017 when we were last there. The nurses are spacious and generally well maintained in terms of cleaning however they are tired. The staff are generally friendly and good to deal with. We met up with a few from 2016/2017 who continue in evidencing Fiji hospitality of the old days. I don’t know that new staff are continuing with that same d style hospitality . Keisha/ Samantha / Miri / sala/ Anup / Sarona/ Vase our housejeroer for her beautiful note on our departure . Lovely staff to mention. One of the things we recommend is more loungers out and away from the pool areas. Not everyone likes to sit around the pool all the time. A really bad experience going into Jacks to buy gifts. They ounce on you and literally follow you around as if you are there to steal not to buy. We did complain about it . Although we bought gifts at the clothing section we did not buy with our discount clincher anything more. We have been travelling to Fiji for over 20 years and bought a lot of things from Jacks however will never support that business again as they are so unwelcoming and rude. This resort is very child friendly. BUT if you are traveling without kids I would not recommend it. I felt that it exclusively caters to families with kids. There was a lot of kids. Nightly events were always catered to kids only. They offer good deals to families with kids so I see why there were so many kids. Me and my wife were the only ones there without children. All their pools were always full of kids being kids so we never used any of their pools. We like doing excursions on trips and from this resort their excursions are very limited and only on certain days. Besides that staff was friendly, and the beach was ok. The food could use some improvement. I’m not a picky eater but my wife did not like it.
