9.2/10 Wonderful! (5,174 reviews)
Nice hotel, very reasonably priced and excellent for a Narita airport departure. The staff are excellent and professional and even the shuttle bus staff were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are a tad small and not the most modern but overall I think the staff make this hotel as they treat it as a high end hotel with their professionalism. Very impressed and will use this hotel again.
