Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

A lot of seaweed I know there not too much they can do. But service can suck at sometimes we went to the buffet a couple times and couldn’t get water unless you got up and walked to one of their servers . Food just simply sucked

Our stay at the Marriott Cancun was truly unforgettable from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, beautiful, and exceptionally well taken care of. The resort is stunning—beautifully maintained, upscale, relaxing, and surrounded by breathtaking Caribbean views. The food was also incredible! Everything we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I honestly found myself thinking about some of the meals even after leaving! What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. A very special honorable mention to Fernando, who was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond and gave us true VIP treatment. His kindness, personality, and attention to every little detail made us feel completely at home. His service felt genuine, and it was clear he truly cared about making sure we were happy. Fernando, thank you for treating us like VIPs and making us feel like family! ❤️ You were one of the highlights of our entire stay. This was my first all-inclusive experience, and Marriott Cancun set the bar incredibly high. From the beautiful property and incredible views to the delicious food and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire Marriott Cancun team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning! 10/10
