Great location which is close to the beach, plenty of good restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.
Room was clean and tidy but a little dated. The grounds and gardens are well maintained and it has a nice safe tropical feel. Also very quiet and friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet options are good but the quality was not great. Drink prices at the hotel are quite steep compared to bars and restaurants.

You couldn't fault anything about the property. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was very clean and tidy. All your requests were dealt with immediately. There was no language barriers with the staff and the local people in the region. In a good location too the shopping places, restaurants and bars
The manager of the property also gave me and my husband a complimentary Balinese Massage for an hour, which was much needed.
