Excellent stay and beautiful boutique hotel!

Staff was great but room you have to them to clean Towels were bad and need to do something mozzies

Delighted with our room with private patio and plunge pool overlooking the rain forest. Restaurant and lobby staff are very friendly, responsive and eager to be helpful. Excellent massage staff. In face we went twice on our two night visit. I requestd special massage technique for my shoulder and masseuse adapted to resolve my issue. Meals were excellent and fairly priced, however cocktails were over priced. Happy hour prices got back to regular prices of other resorts.

Perfect location, great buffet breakfast, adult pool and family pool are both beautiful, grounds well maintained, rooms always clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. Have stayed here 3 times, would not go anywhere else.

A delightful venue for a stay - friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Our room, pool and general facilities were great and we appreciated being able to check out late on our final day to get the best out of a short trip. Some may find the location challenging (very urban) but lovely restaurants are nearby as are the beaches which are eminently walkable (even if taxis etc want you to NOT walk).

Need many more repairs and it looked great on paper but up close is much decaying

Was a beautiful time. Next door to yoga barn was a great surprise. Location was amazing and within walking distance to many things. Very helpful friendly staff. Lots of options for food on grounds including gelato. AC worked great. Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. Well manicured grounds. Little touches like bug lotion and sunscreen. Nice quality bath products. Beautiful pools. Good blow dryers and they loaned me a converter for power. Tooth brushes provided. Just really amazing overall. Was thrilled with my choice. No regrets. Happily would stay again. Dragon fruit bowl and cappuccino were my go tos for breakfast. My son is PICKY and he only wanted to eat at the hotel. Good mix of North American options, but also fresh local. Good prices. No complaints at all
