The rooms are okay and the staff is above average, but the rooms, the one I stay is renovated and new, show some signs of wear and tear.

I love this hotel. The rooms are amazing - and if you like to take a bath while on vacation, these rooms have the best bathrooms without having to pay for a suite.

Yes. It was very clean. But lacked a coffeemaker, and microwave. That would definitely have made the stay better..

I decided to try a new place along the strip as this had great reviews and seemed like great value for amount spent. Positives - staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well laid out. Building has great amenities - pool & gym. Negatives - if you want to be close to the main "strip", this is a bit too far removed and is a 25 min walk to the Wynn. You are also about the same from North Vegas, so you are a bit removed from everything. Also, while the room was generally clean, it wasn't spotless. There were stains on the sheets, the kitchen counter/sink had some stains. The fridge in the room had a door that needed an extra push to close, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly due to clogging. Overall a good stay and would recommend more for families or people wishing to be a bit removed from the Strip, but not my top choice.
