I like the old style size of rooms and hallways at Penn. The rooms are larger than most affordable hotels so you have space to move around. Bed was very comfortable. This was my second visit and I have not yet been disappointed. Only complaint would be the ‘free breakfast’ ..being you have to walk ...

Great location, right in the heart of the city and can walk to everything. We didn’t get the room we booked however, because the hotel was packed (12/22 stay). Lines to checkin took about 45 min, they only had 2 ppl at the desk...but again maybe it was because of the holiday crowd? Hotel was beautiful, ...

Everything was beyond wonderful. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the elevators. There was one elevator that broke down a few times. Being a busy time of the year, it created long wait times to use the remaining elevators.
