Very close to bus stops, shopping building and convenience stores. Tenjin station is in walking distance, almost all the way underground. Great on raining day.
Taxi to airport was quick and easy, too.
AC is central air and you can only change on/off plus strength. With air purifier, I wasn't bothered.
Bed textiles were old but room was well cleaned.
There's free bottled water and coffee for guests. If you choose to skip room cleaning, they'll give free items or coins for bottled drinks from lobby vending machine.
Polite, friendly, helpful staff.
Not the cheapest hotel but worth for this location.
