Clean room and spacious bathroom, the bed was too soft on one side, most likely because of the use, and too hard on the other. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly
The room is very comfy. And housekeeping and front office staff always greeting and smile to the guest. It was an excellent experience to stay here. I had a good sleep here. Highly recommend Daiwa roynet hotel.
Easy access from both the airport and the main station of Fukuoka. Easy to find and access from the closest subway station, too. The twin room we booked was spacious and had a massage chair which we enjoyed.
Good stay as room was quite spacious for corner room as they accommodated my request even though no guarantees. Excellent location to subway, attractions and multiple parking options. Nearby got supermarket too.
Downside was during shower, the water can suddenly turn cold and then back to normal. Water pressure was strong which was a plus.
Daiwa Roynet is always my familiy choice if staying in Japan. It is economical, clean and nears to the scenery spots. Most of Daiwa Hotels have parking lots for guests which is so helpful and convenient for road trip planners.
Very near to the subway station and easy to find out.
Room was quiet and enough space for 2. Bed was very clean and well settled. Breakfast was served at the neighbor buliding and it was not bad. One thing I was regret was there were not a Big Bath.
The place is within walkable distance to the Hakata station (JR) and right next to the Gion station (metro). There are also few well-known restaurant (ramen/ yakitori) and convenience stores nearby.
The room is spacious to open two 28" luggages fully with walkable space. The self-helping amenities corner is well-prepared with toothbrush, razor, hair brush, tea bag, etc. There are two chairs and a small table in the room which provides sufficient space to rest and put down the shopping bags.

Disliked: Staff & service
ok
hotel is cozy, reasonable room size in japan.
clean and tidy room.
there is a convenience store opposite
no parking area in hotel.
have been urged to drive the car away during check in
dunno how to manage my luggages, my older family, my car and also the staff at one time.
but i think most of the hotels in japan have this problem?
apart from this problem, the hotel is worth to stay
I have booked two rooms. Each accommodated an adult and a child. When we checked in, the receptionist member told us that we were required to pay an extra 500 yens for each kid because their ages are over 2 or something and they could not stay free. We emphasized that when we booked the rooms, we put in the correct ages and Hotels.com has already charged the kids as adults. The manager even asked us to contact Hotels.com to sort out the issue. It took us some time to find the relevant clause in the receipt. The hotel did not charge us at the end of the day. Except for the above, staying in the hotel is quite a good experience.
Perfect location - easy access to both airport (subway station on the corner) and Hakata Old City. Walking distance to Canal City and Hakata Station.
Basic room, small but OK. The white sheets could have been whiter.
