8.4/10 Very good! (1,081 reviews)
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff was very nice and we were treated exceptionally well however the room that we checked into had a fan sitting on the desk. At first, I didn’t pay much mind to it, but it turns out it was there because they knew that room had an issue with air-conditioning. After the second night of restless sleep due to a malfunctioning air-conditioning system, I finally complained to the front desk. They moved us to another room where the air-conditioning worked just fine. Unscrupulous if you ask me.

9/10 Wonderful! (6,339 reviews)
Fantastic location and delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the lounge for a snack after exploring!
Our room was not cleaned very well, and the perfume as you enter the hotel very strong.
Overall, the stay was good.
