Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service.
I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy.

Rooms work really well for families going to Disney, but 4* is pushing it. Shower was poor, half broken, food was just acceptable, tidiness of grounds ok but not great. Shuttle to Disney great.
