Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room is clean and our amenities are replaced daily. Mimi (the front desk) even suggested / recommended places to eat.

Loved the hotel very well placed for access to all things we like to do. The pool bar staff around kids pool seemed slow to get orders but nothing worth worrying about. Adults pool was a bonus but we stayed always at kids pool even though we had no kids as it’s bigger and more sunshine spots. Gardens beautiful and well maintained as good as the Padma without the extra cost Loved it and will return Elizabeth Polini

I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and my brother, in May 2026, room was very clean and big enough for three of us. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lots of varieties and new menu each day. Air-conditioning is “BIG NO “for us, set up in 25 & 26 Degrees and cannot reset for any lower, very disappointed. I have previously visits a few times to Bangkok, never had an experience with Air Conditioning issue, I’ve been complained to them about three or four times to this issue and they told me some “ice frozen issue” in their machine and will be good in an hour but never solved the problem. Over all for my experience I will not go back to this hotel, ONLY because an air conditioning problem.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Padma. There was so much to do there. The grounds and facilities are kept immaculate, the staff are so friendly and the pool and drinks were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great for kids. Not much to do outside of the resort other than massage and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and overall a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
