3rd time staying here, unlikely to return. Room on 1st night had musty foul smell, bathroom was mouldy and damp. When asked for a new room it smelt and looked better. Wifi was sketchy in both room and lobby.
Breakfast was good as previous visits with many options and great egg station.
Fitness centee and pool are also positive.
Location is good and close to BTS

Please stay here! Sulli and the other members of staff were incredible! They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond with our stay even making us a map to help us navigate Hanoi. For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected!

Comfortable hotel and close to everything in Kuta. Staff were pleasant as you’d expect in Bali The room was right above a sports bar, so they did have some loud bassy music going and the room was close to a main road which bothered me more, but after the first night you get used to it.

The absolute best hotel in Bali. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the resort is gorgeous with stunning gardens and Koi ponds, but the pools are the real gem with so many options from the main pool to the Skai Bar pool, the lagoon which leads to the children’s pool and also the adults only pool, we tried them all and enjoyed each one. One of the best Mie Goreng’s I had was at the hotel and the breakfast was amazing. With so much close by everything was within walking distance but if you wished to go further out and sightseeing there were transport options for every taste right outside the hotel.
I won’t be staying anywhere else on our yearly family vacation.
