Their water wasn’t hot they were working on it so I had to take a shower in the girls gym shower . Very inconvenient.

The property is in a good position and i have stayed here before. This time unfortunately it is going in the wrong direction. Outside not clean rubbish around the pool area garden still there after our 3 night stay and we struggled for service around the pool area. The room i must say was good nice and clean. Hopefully this hotel can get back on track

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette.
The spa facilities are a must.
I wish the pool had a pool bar.
My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.
