On arrival we were provided with a room with the bedding configuration we did not book. Although the staff did all they could to rectify it they were unable to move my family to the correct room until the following day which was disappointing after a long flight in as we weren’t comfortable. I would like to mention that we were appropriately compensated for the error with free tickets to attractions.
There were many maintenance issues throughout our stay which we wouldn’t expect. For example safe not locking and balcony door could not be locked.
Overall our stay was good and the laundry ammenities came in handy
