Had a wonderful stay here. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were friendly, had our room ready early, and explained all the hotel amenities without us having to ask. No long waits, no hassle with paperwork.
Overall, a comfortable and well-run property with a team that clearly cares about guest experience. Would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent.
Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too.
Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options.
All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful.
Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary .
We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special.
The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors.
The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain !
The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings.
Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel.
