Staying at the Windsor was like going back in time to a glorious Victorian era. The hotel has well maaintained with a lot a original features. Breakfast in the dining room is a must. Location was second to none. Staff were polite and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Our stay was fine, nothing special.
Wouldn't say staff were particularly friendly or welcoming.
The room was fine, clean and had all the basics.
Bed was very soft and bouncy which woke me every time my husband rolled over.
Gym was just a couple of machines and smelt like mouldy room.
Buffet breakfast was very average but from what we ate seemed fresh.
Parking next door was easy, but cheaper to pay there than the hotel (hotel wanted to charge us $60 to pay through them, we only paid $4 paying directly).
As a VIP we were suppose to get a bottle of wine, which we didn't receive (at other hotels we've never had to ask for our bonuses)
Would only consider staying there again because it was clean and the location was fantastic for where we needed to go.

Staff were superb and accommodating, the only fault here was at check in we were not given directions so my daughter and I were left to wander a bit, which we didn't mind! Breakfast was nice with a great selection, and our bed was uber comfy! (Pillow menu was never presented). Small things like the vanity mirror in the bathroom had dead batteries and the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working.
Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if the price point was slightly lower or if they ran specials.
