Beautiful old style hotel in a very convenient location near the train and tram stops. The taps in the bathrooms may need an upgrade soon but very spacious rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Old school charm in the centre of Melbourne! Would stay again.

Hotels history was interesting, building was beautifully maintained. Breakfast and service area was very nice and our room was great. Feather pillows were uncomfortable. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the valet parking, when the car was returned it had been rifled through and there were items stolen from the car. We needed to file a police report, the hotel was not able to assist.

There is a noisy rooftop bar opposite the room that I had, and the bar noise goes well into the night. I loved the Windsor but it may be too noisy for some depending on the allocated room
