Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service.

I guess the front desk staff can be more friendly and helpful. And hard to reach the concierge from room. You won’t get to see full the bund view if staying at lower floor. So just take note .
