Amazing place to stay for a family trip. Very nice and friendly staff. Great Pearl and river view is awesome! Also, the Vue Bar at the 32 floor is fantastic!

The property is aged and the front light did not work most of the time so we need to walk in the dark at night, which is quiet dangerous.
The dining options were very limited so there is nothing to eat at night besides the Chinese restaurant.
The TV had very limited foreign channels, which is very disappointing for an international brand. Of course if they are only catering to Mainland Chinese tourists then it would be fine.
Overall a bit disappointed with the hotel brand.

The hotel is at the prime location, next to the bund and Nanjing road. The room is huge, with the state of the art facility. Its staff were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed staying there.

Love this property. It has a very beautiful garden and lake. Very good and attentive service. Room with nice garden view and good amenities. Extensive room service options is a big plus for my family.
