Beautiful hotel well located with friendly and helpful staff givin excellent recommendations for restaurants and places visit. Beautiful room (free upgrade), spacious and luxurious. We will return if we are back in Bordeaux.

We didn't use the pool. Staff was lovely. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and generous.

Reception staff at check-in so welcoming and informative. We arrived late but this was not an issue, answered all our questions and ensured we were settled with all we needed.
