The hotel is big and looks pretty and the amenities including the water park was good. My main complaint is poor housekeeping. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning our room. My Vichy tinted sunscreen went missing the second morning. I believe it was accidently thrown out. Soap and shampoo were not refilled and we had to take the bottle off the wall so it would be refilled the next day and one time, the bottle was taken out of the room and not returned. Riu has to invest in new towels. Most of the white towels had stains on them which were disgusting. There was a dark stain on one of the dark beach towels and that was gross. Overall we still had a good time.

Lovely staff and a beautiful facility. So much seaweed on thw beach - but apparently a fluke. Pool’s ans activities made up for it. Food was ok. Some good restaurants and some average, but a great value and vacation.
