Got a upgrade and was blown away by their upgraded room. It was great and I will go for it the next time. Front desk and other staff service has been attentive and service with smile.
Bar was nice during happy hour 1-for-1 drinks but their bar food was really bad.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Paramus, but I did not have time to try the spa. The restaurant on the 9th floor was good as well as the breakfast. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. I could not access Facebook or Instagram.
