The shuttle service is inconsistent at best, and when calling the desk to arrange a ride, they just tell you to come down and book it. The elevator interior is disgusting. ..."

"It is not far from Disneyland. We paid a small fee to take the shuttle bus. The thing I am not comfortable with is the water. Water from bathroom tap is translucent."

"The hotel is very nice and spacious. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and good size. The location was perfect. The only negative is that I believe the rest room was too small in our room. Additional suggestion is that they should consider rates with breakfast included."
