The room had roaches in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Maintenance came to fix but it still wouldn’t work properly.

The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach
Room wasn’t clean at all. Lock was completely broken maintenance had to come and fix it and said it was unacceptable for the lock to be like this. The staff is great. Very nice and helpful! The new pool area is AMAZING! sleeping was a little rough with the early trash pick up and our room was right outside of the other pool. Other than that, we love this place and for sure will be back!!

Mint House St. Petersburg Downtown by Kasa
