The service and facilities are immaculate; there is breakfast with Asian and European options; and if the menu at roof-top Lantern (a must experience) is not vast enough, you can order from other restaurants. "The Fullerton Hotel is perfectly located near Merlion sculpture and Marina Bay Sands. Many other sights/eateries are in walking distance as well. The hotel is old world fabulous.
