"We stayed in the self contained, ensuite unit style accommodation, which where clean comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the park is a little dated but for what we paid - in my opinion was good value."

"Just the room as restaurant have but need to order day before to eat food we did but had to eat in room as bring it to room without asking we have in room not restaurant ok and put sugar in my coffee without asking I thought comes on side so never said but should ask and pool is not for kids it’s only made for adults but the view and rooms ♥️♥️ perfect place to stay and not that far from town shopping restaurant "

"We stayed at the property for 3 nights with kids and it was great. Step out of the property and there’s the Esplanade. The owner had thankfully stocked jam, milk, vegemite, cereals etc as well which was very handy - there was always food when the kids got hungry at odd hours and most places were closed due to Easter long weekend. Highly recommend! "

"The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

"The view was great. I didn’t use the bikes or kayaks but good to have them. Air conditioning was a saviour in humidity. I enjoyed working out the buses and using them. I also enjoyed walking into the shops and along the beach and it was easy to explore the area - cujtural show, night market, museum, gardens. Plenty to do despite the weather! Not a beach holiday this time. "
