Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"

"The exteria of the hotel is very beautiful. Everything inside the building is stylish and well designed. The beds were very comfortable, great hot water and pressure in the shower. Location is fantastic with easy access to the city via the light rail. The only downside is that the parking is very limited and the spaces quite tight."

"Our chalet was very comfortable, and cosy. It was quiet, but central to the cafes and supermarket in the main street. A beautiful breakfast was included, and the kitchenette was great. The chalet was clean, with parking at the door."
