We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Happy to say the Shangri-La is still serving up wonderful service all these years later. The staff go above and beyond, breakfast is nothin short of wonderful and the location overlooking the river is fabulous. Highly recommend for families. "
