"Been here five times. Restaurant s are very good. Pools and bars are great. Rooms are good. We were on fourth floor and loved the views. Problem is elevators were out the entire time we were there. Overall good. Just exhausting climbing up and down stairs. "

"Staff are very nice but our air conditioner leaked a lot of water, room had flakes of paint coming down because of leaking AC, couldn't lock our patio door but not a huge deal when would be hard to access anyway. "Staff was phenomenal and professional. We checked in with Irasema and she was very helpful. Dining options were very good! Casa Madre serves authentic Mexican food, everything that we tried was delicious, Emmanuel our server was very knowledgeable about authentic cuisine and Chef Christian came and talked to us about the food as well! We ate at the Japanese restaurant too and sushi and skewers were amazing! The staff there was super nice as well. we will definitely come back! "

"This was a very large property, we stayed in the Expedia building which was almost 1/2 mile from the lobby and 1.22 miles round trip from our room to the beach restaurant. Getting in a lot of walking was nice, but hot. Lots of animals on the property, agouti, coati, deer and monkeys, pretty neat having them onsite.
