"I loved the hotel. However .I saw some sign of deterioration inside of the bathrooms around the pool and the restaurants areas. The furniture at the lobbie are also getting dirty. The people that work at this hotel really like to work there they were all very nice and proffessional Some restaurants were not great.but in general the food was good.. please dont tell poeple that you are offering an hour and a half presentatiom to sell your " products" and in reality they are there with a seller...

"Great location, great pool and beach. Huge rooms. Food on the beach great! The rest of the food had great flavors, but was often served lukewarm. Amazing staff, rooms huge. Playa Norte beach was a short walk for the afternoon. The whole island felt safe, and great local flavors!"
