Only drawback was that the pillows were too soft for me. "

"Great experience. Parking was easy right across the street. Very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. It was hard work for the housekeepers since they had to climb stairs over 10 floors to clean all rooms. They were still...

"Lovely hotel with big rooms, comfy bed and exceptional breakfast. It is out of the main town area with no shops around, and the hotel doesn’t provide lunch or dinner. Great location in quiet area if you have a car or bike. "

"Our double room has a balcony with a washing machine which is handy for long stay. The apartment is close to shopping malls, a few steps to convenience store, 5 minutes walk to MRT Sanduo Shopping District station."

"Excellent location. Easily accessible by bus and MRT. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs. This is like a mini one room apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Toilet with huge bathtub and separate shower room. I like the Japanese design toilet cover that auto open too! I would definitely stay here again for next trip. "
