"We have stayed at this property multiple times over the years and this time we noticed the property has not been maintained well . The pool deck and lounge chairs definitely need attention. The prices have become ridiculous - $18 dollar drinks are higher than Las Vegas prices. The service was very good as always. Adrian the pool guy was great! "

"All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed this time of year compared to my last visit which was in the month of October. One of the restaurants "La Cocina" was closed and the price for the all inclusive package wasn't altered in consideration of that. "Very nice Tropical Hotel. Not very modern but clean and functional. I didn’t like that the Hotel counts with two separate buildings half a block apart. The main building has a bigger pool and is right off Famous Fifth Avenue. The other still very close but not right off the strip. Very small Pool. Parking sucks if you leave at night. The parking attendants there 24/7 can be very helpful. "
