"The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted. "

We did not use public transport because the hotel was central to most places and we just got a Grab and on average we spent 7 ringhit to get to 90 percent of the places we visited, Breakfast a bit ordinary and pool while it was never crowded a bit on the smallish side and very limited seating they can put more seating and should. plus getting out of the pool for the elderly...
