The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and cheerful. Breakfast had lots of variety. The location is close to most of the tourist attractions. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff are very nice and friendly. The room is clean & comfortable. They also provides buggy services to send us to Gurney Plaza and pick us back. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Penang in the future.

The Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon Malls are within 10 mins walking distance. So very convenient for shopping and many choices of eateries. Room is clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Stylish , modern and comfortable. The room is clean , the design feels fresh and the staff were friendly. Loved the rooftop pool and the views from the gravity bar . Great location close to malls, eateries and tourist spots. For me this hotel is perfect for business trips and work travel not really a resort style place.

This hotel maintains a good management of G Hotel team but with a more affordable rate. It is still close to the two major shopping malls. The amenities were good and the rooms were nice. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Check in was nice and smooth and they actually give our ice cream, as you wait for that one minute of checking in. which is a Very good idea as the weather is hot outside. The concierge was great too, soon as our cab arrives they come and help with our luggage then delivered to our room. That was a great help. Room was nice and clear give a feeling of welcome. The fridge in the room have a sticker telling one that the drinks is on the house, lot of hotel don't have that. If one needs to choose a hotel in Penang this is one of the hotel I strongly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s facilities and rooms were excellent, the location was perfect, the food was delicious, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will be returning next year!
