The room was excellamt quality, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked options of local and European food as well as a good selection of buffet options. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel

Got upgraded to a suite which was excellent! Lovely hotel deco, nice room. Didn’t try the breakfast or spa, but gym and pool area was nice. Pool is best for the morning to get some sun.

We booked the sea-view room and had a superb experience. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping was truly top-notch with great attention to detail and beautiful decorations throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything looked and tasted great. On weekends, they even have a live band performing at the bar, which added a really nice atmosphere to the stay. As for getting into the city, we used Grab, and it was only about a 10-minute ride.

From the moment we checked in, the hotel epitomized true luxury and refined elegance. ​Our room was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking, panoramic view that immediately set a relaxing tone for the trip. What impressed me most was the interior craftsmanship—every piece of design, from the exquisite materials to the fine finishes, reflected extraordinary detail and artisanal quality. ​The highlight of our stay was undeniably the infinity pool. Unlike other crowded resorts, it remained refreshingly serene. Swimming gently during sunset, with the sky turning into shades of gold and violet, was an extraordinarily peaceful and unforgettable experience. Although the breakfast needed more variety - the staff were fantastic - they knew our coffee/tea order and we found everyone who we came in contact with super friendly - i was driving around Penang and the security in the car park - was alway helpful when parking - i would stay again - room always cleaned and plenty of towels

Staff service is excellent! Breakfast is amazing with superb service (commendation to the Lili restaurant staff Dave who served guests with superb attitude)! The service at the Spa was professional and outstanding! The staff at the swimming pool was extremely helpful and friendly! The areas of improvement are: 1. If the water pressure of the shower can be larger, otherwise it seems to be a waste to use the magnificent bathing tub/shower with an insufficient water power during showering! 2. More TV channels especially the sports channels (E.g. Soccer channel, UFC, or NBA channels) because it was the world soccer competition period during my stay and it was a pity that we were not able to watch the live broadcasting games!

What can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies. Hope to go back to the hotel in the future. Well done Millen team keep up the good work

As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff always reassuring that guests had a good breakfast experience. Gym well equipped but in a small area
