"Amazing hotel with an unbeatable location. The service was brilliant with Sebastian and John being so welcoming on arrival at the train station and helpful on departure including assisting me with gifts from the market. I was unexpectedly provided with free champagne and chocolates as a welcome gift. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast experience on the terrace with the sound of the waterfalls and a clear view of Machu Picchu was a once in a lifetime experience."

"This hotel is located just two blocks away from the train station and right on the heart of the street where all the restaurants are located. Staff was warm and welcoming, we had the dinner included , which was great, and the breakfast too, which they serve starting at 4 AM since many of the visitors to the Manchu Picchu archeological site have reservations to arrive very early. We asked for a late checkout ( we got up at 5 AM and wanted to rest back from the ruins before our train departed) and they charged for just $45 extra until 1 PN, which I found very reasonable. The building is pristine, very nice and environmentally conscious "

"I stayed at the beautiful Casa Del Sol for 3 nights with family during my trip in Aguas Calentes. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly from greeting us at the train station to providing us with hot towels and tea upon our arrival. I immediately knew this hotel would take care of us. The hotel boasts stunning views of the mountains and river, with the entire backside offering a breathtaking panorama. I had a river side room and it was very relaxing falling asleep to the sound of the river, I highly recommend! Breakfast is served early to accommodate early explorers and offers a plethora of delicious options for food and drinks. One evening, I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, where you can choose a three-course meal from a diverse menu. The restaurant staff kindly opened 30 minutes early to accommodate my family's schedule, which was greatly appreciated. The food was amazing and the drinks were very refreshing after a long day of hiking. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Nilton, Edwin, Monica, and the hotel manager, who always assisted with a smile. Casa Del Sol truly goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay!"
