"The resort is doing some renovations which is great, Nice to see it expand. But the surrounding area is still not up to par. The state needs to help with that. The person that checked me in was awesome!!! The line had a wait time of 30mins, but he made that time fly. He took care of at least 4 customers to ever other worker's 1 1/2. Ellis Island will still be my got to place to stay. "
