"The room was great, property was quiet, live band was great. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. Later we found out that it was available at an additional cost. Regardless, the waiters tried their best and were very polite. Appreciate the service from all staff. "

"A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course."

"Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying."
