"Overall the experience of the hotel was good. However in the shower- the temperature of the water does not go any higher. I know the breakfast was free. It was very basic. The hotel would have got 5 stars if there was more of an options of food. There is not many options of buses available to get to the hotel which was quite tricky. Everything is modern and spotless- the bed isn't the most comfortable and the location of the room (I was in the front of the building) meant it was fairly loud- all nit picking and easily fixable. "Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Cardiff City. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Rooms are basic and this is exactly as advertised, bed was comfy, only one pillow each but it was good quality. Room only had one towel, unsure if that is on purpose. The only negative was a really quite pungent smell of mackerel in lobby, as if someone had been microwaving it daily. Oh and the tv appears to have no interent connection and...
