“Convenient for Chitose airport and train station”

We were enroute to skiing in Niseko and spent one night in this hotel.We caught the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel which was very handy, although hard to find the right stand late at night when there are not many people to ask. The only slight hiccup we encountered is that they wanted to charge us an extra 3000Yen for an extra bed for our daughter. We had already pre- paid for the extra bed but this seemed to cause some confusion at check-in. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend paying for breakfast at the time of booking as it was great value. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the train station which was very handy as were able to walk there with our suitcases.

“Good airport hotel”

Good deal for those with early morning flts out of narita. However, the international narita airport doesn't open until 8 am or ??? And the domestic airport doesn't open until 6:20am. So. Be mindful of the arrival times with the hotel to airport shuttle.
