"Prior to reserving my stay I saw some pretty bad reviews but I also saw some good reviews and I’m so glad I took a chance and chose this hotel because it was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I’m not sure why people complained that the taxi drop off is on a street because it’s not. They have an entrance off the street and up a ramp where buses and taxi’s pick up and drop off and it’s literally right outside the hotel. This hotel is conveniently located to everything and the train station is within the same building and there are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. Keep in mind that you are paying for the location and even if the rooms aren’t like a Ritz or some swanky hotel, the rooms are still nice and has everything you need. They give you free bottles of water and they have so many nice complimentary toiletries. The cafe downstairs blew us away because you would never think of a hotel for a good meal but this place rocked! I loved this hotel and the staff and I will definitely be back and refer friends and family!"
