"Place is right below olive young!! So i did some major skin care shopping . Myeongdong night market every night from 5-10pm. Shopping and restaurants tons to do. Isaac toast best lunch ever! Location is what you paid for this place. Im solo traveller, i had the two twin bedroom with private washroom of my own. So it was enough space for me. This room perfect for solo traveller, it might be hard for a family though. Breakfast is boring but i dont eat breakfast. However, isaac toast is 1 min...

"Room was quite small--luckily we travel light (just carryon luggage) and there were two of us in a three person room, so we could use single bed as a storage area. Very limited shelf or hanging space. Sign in bathroom asked us not to flush toilet paper, just put it in a lidded waste can. They told us they had problems with toilet clogging, but we had no problem. Breakfast was toast, hard boiled egg, cold cereal of two types, coffee, tea orange drink. Staff friendly and helpful. Located...

"We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "To start with there wasn’t a clear directional instruction to locate the guesthouse.... the room is really small and you’ve wires and cable all exposed on the counter top. All the cabinets n drawers are being used by owner except for one unit above the fridge. And a flickering light that’s so annoying but I didn’t even bother to complain. Toilet although is bigger than the other room but the toiletries are placed on top of the cistern with a half squeezed tube of toothpaste there ...! And...

"Good location, easy to walk to many places, close to buses and really close to subway Great communication with host Common room at reception with little kitchen, lockers Dorm was nice, with lockers, but there are no fitted sheet, only a felty blanket so it moves when you sleep and it is wayyyy too warm for a lot of people. It would be nice to have regulars sheets + the blanket, as there was no way to open the AC or turn the heat down, so it was too warm."

"I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :) The room was small but functional. While the bed was hard, after a long day of exploring the city it didn’t really matter. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice and coffee. I think this was perfect. It was also nice to interact with other people staying at the guesthouse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if you wear earplugs this doesn’t really matter....

"The location was walkable to Seoul Station, subway and bus stops, and located right by street markets. Rooms are small with wet baths but had everything we needed. Not fancy but they did have free breakfasts. Our room was clean with free washing machines just out the door from our room. We would recommend and would use again. "
