“excellent”
We really enjoyed are stay and hope to come back soon its such a beautiful hotel and the veiws on both sides are excellent even when it was raining
“Very Convenient”
We chose the Quay Grand Suites as access to the Sydney Opera House was simple. We had 4 adults and 2 children and the space worked well. The car parking and valet service meant the car was neat and tidy when we left, a real bonus after a long trip. If you fly into Sydney access to Sydney Airport is easy using the train to/from Circular Quay. We would be happy to use the Quay Grand again
“This one is a winner in Sydney - locaton, service, the whole experience!”
The location is perhaps the finest at Circular Quay. We had a panoramic harbor and Sydney Harbor Bridge. The Opera House is about a block away. This location was only a few hundred meters from the trains and ferries so transportation was not a problem - a car would be a liability in Syndey. The room was clean and included a washer and dryer. The staff was very helpful our entire visit and very attentive to our needs. They make reservations at great local restaurants and generally make our visit one of the best we had. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to another stay soon.
“Great get away”
Very nice, modern room in a good location. Room even had a washer and drier.
“Great Location”
Expensive but worth the money as ideally located.
“GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING SYDNEY CBD”
ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS GREAT FOR A WEEK END AWAY, EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN REACH AND GETTING AROUND FROM HERE WAS GREAT. IT HAD LOTS TO DO. RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE THAT WANTS A LITTLE TASTE OF SYDNEY TOWN.
“Fantastic location first class hotel”
I chose this hotel for its location and I was not disappointed. The view of the harbour was outstanding. The room was much more than I was expecting basically it was a fully equipped one bed room apartment. Due to the location I really didn't make full use of the hotel facilities but the pool was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to couples or families.
“Sevice with a view”
From check in to check out the service was amazing, the staff friendly and helpful. This is one of the only hotels in Australia to perform a induction to the hotel highlighting the facilities and also an indepth rundown of the hotel room and its features. The view over Circular Quay was amazing and well enjoyed from a spacious room. - Only issue, room service delivered a tray of food with an empty salt shaker!!!
“a comfortable hotel”
i stayed here for one night recently , beautiful weather. The view over the harbour is amazing and very close to city and park. the rooms are very comfortable and well designed.
“Fantastic location, balcony and a view over the harbour!”
We had a wonderful four days at the Quay Grand in a one bedroom harbour view room. The balcony was lovely to sit out and have breakfast while watching the harbour ferry traffic and counting the groups of ant-like people atop the habour bridge. Service at check-in was very efficient and friendly. We were on level 9 and had no issue with noise from the ferry traffic below. The location was fantastic - we could walk out from the door for all bus services (Bondi, Paddington etc), ferries and the train straight to the airport. Our only minor issue was that on the morning of our check-out day they already had our room as checked out, so we had two seperate knocks on the door from 9am from housekeeping and another staff member use their key to walk-in - despite letting reception know we were not due to check-out until later in the morning. We'll definitely be back!
