Had an amazing stay. I arrived at 8am to drop my bags knowing rooms will be ready at 2pm. The staff were really helpful in accomodating me at 8am, and also waived the extra charge since I was an Accor member. I also was able to request for a late checkout too. 5 stars for service definitely.
