Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay.

We appreciated the willingness of staff to move us from the first room we were allocated. It seemed a little dirty and the configuration made it small (corner room). Staff moved us into a very clean and open room. This made our trip to Sydney enjoyable and had us decide that we would stay at the Pullman again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to food and shopping. Train ride away from harbour and airport. Fantastic hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only issue was one of the elevators was out of order so there was long waits for it but very small criticism. Loved it and we will be back!

Our second stay here and we will definitely be back again. Location can’t be beat. Really comfortable rooms and an outdoor rooftop pool that was delightfully warm in the middle of winter. So VERY happy we chose the Pullman again!
